CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Case Study Summary

Building Agile change capability in the travel industry
The challenge
An award-winning travel company with an exciting portfolio of luxury travel brands wanted to improve change management capability – focusing on the people side of change – to drive more success. They wanted to embed key principles of Agile working as part of the process and asked Change Associates to help.
What we did
We introduced a consistent approach to change management supported by a change toolkit designed for senior People Leaders and Change Managers and launched capability-building sessions.
We all partnered with the People and Technology teams to run series of workshops for a wider team of 200 leaders from across the brands. These workshops introduced the toolkit and Agile as a mindset and way of working for delivering business value.
We celebrated best practice examples of change initiatives within the company.
