Designing a Group structure for global luxury fashion brands
The challenge
Following a period of acquisition a fashion group retailer was repositioning itself as a multinational group of luxury brands. They asked Change Associates to align their geographically-dispersed HR function with this new model and make better use of shared services.
What we did
We used quantitative analysis to understand where HR staff spent their time. We interviewed internal customers to identify opportunities to improve and to understand the different cultures and structures of each brand.
Our team identified opportunities to make significant savings by creating a Group HR operating model and standardising processes.
The result
