A leading provider of digital entertainment identified duplication in its global operations departments. Faced with the need to identify efficiencies, the EU Marketing team asked Change Associates to help design a global marketing department.
What we did
We migrated data from their HRIS platform into an instance of orgvue™ for analysis. This highlighted data errors, which gave a misleading impression of marketing costs, and other anomalies.
We worked with the Marketing team to create alternative scenarios for restructuring and cost savings for presentation to the leadership team.
The Marketing team delivered savings of $7m in the first year.
Ad additional $3m in savings was achieved in year two.
