A global insurance company was going through change driven by industry regulation, increased digitalisation, and changes in customer demand. This meant new roles and capabilities were required throughout the organisation. The CHRO wanted to improve HR’s capability to lead this organisational change and add more value. What we did
We developed toolkits that included a high-level methodology for change management and organisation design, supported by a series of detailed tools and templates. Each toolkit was tested with HR teams to ensure it was relevant to their working environment.
