Mapping and digitalising business-critical processes for INEOS FPS
The challenge
INEOS FPS, the oil and gas transportation and processing specialists operating in the UK and Norway, wanted to review and document hundreds of standard operating procedures ready to be uploaded to a new system.
They asked Change Associates to help kick start the programme.
What we did
We organised workshops with each team to identify and map the priority processes, ensuring there was clarity on roles and responsibilities.
We documented more than 30 business-critical processes as SOPs, identifying dependencies and highlighting process improvements.
We transferred expertise to in-house staff to enable them to complete the remaining SOPs, and provided change management support to embed the new approach to SOP documentation.
