The organisation’s time tracking, absence management and payroll systems were antiquated and heavily customised. They did not provide the required business functionality or meet global standards, and they were increasingly costly to maintain.
The organisation has a history of growth through acquisition which created additional complexity as new businesses were regularly being integrated.

What we did
We provided a team with expertise in procurement, supplier negotiation, large scale HRIS implementation, payroll, absence and time tracking processes and solutions. We advised on options to align with global technology strategies and worked with the HR and Technology teams to define the requirements.
We helped shortlist suppliers, designed and managed the RFP process with the internal procurement team, and supported our client at every stage with expert guidance on how to get the best from the supplier selection process.
We provided additional support to accelerate mobilisation and delivery of the implementation, including advice on structuring the change programme, the best technical approach to deliver the required functionality and integrations, and how to prepare the team for the change ahead.
