David Cruise

David’s career encompasses periods as a principal consultant in KPMG and Hay Group, and as the in-house change lead at Marks and Spencer and Network Rail.

David has led large scale tech-enabled business transformation programmes, including implementing SAP Financials, supply chain process improvement, and securing £1.3 billion savings on a £35 billion project at Network Rail. He is an advocate of the need for large scale transformation programmes to have both excellent programme management discipline and a tenacious focus on people and their ability to make change happen.

He has a degree in business studies.

Grahame Russell

Grahame founded Change Associates following periods at KPMG Consulting, working with the employed consultant model, and then as Managing Director of Penna’s consulting business, where he adopted a mixed model of employed consultants and associates.

At Change Associates he has led numerous high profile change, culture and leadership projects for clients as diverse as Airbus, West Midlands Police and John Lewis Partners. His work on the BBC’s Respect at Work Review following the Savile scandal attracted positive comments from staff, unions, and the independent chair.

Grahame believes in the benefits of leveraging the talents of freelance consultants and then harnessing the value of a truly connected team. He became chairman in 2021.

Managing Director

Helena Miles

Helena has spent her career leading transformational change in a variety of businesses from FTSE 100 companies to SME organisations.

She has worked across a variety of sectors and with a number of global brands such as Prudential, Marks & Spencer, Versace, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Avis, and KPMG. 

Her areas of expertise include business transformation, operating model and organisation design, HR strategy and change management. Helena is a strong strategic thinker with a practical delivery focus and a passion for the people side of change.

Helena has a law degree from Oxford and studied general management at Cranfield University and business and economics at Harvard. She is a SAFe® (Scaled Agile for Enterprise) Certified Agilist.

Caroline Eder

Caroline has led business transformation programmes across a range of industries, including transport and logistics, professional services, retail, property, technology and manufacturing.

She is particularly interested in ensuring the technology that underpins people and process transformation is implemented well and that clients realise the value they expect from their investment. She has experience in global SaaS implementation, Lean process and operating model design, and transformation.

Caroline has a BSc and a degree in Law from the University of Ontago.

Charlotte Gatehouse

Charlotte is a senior organisational change consultant, experienced in large-scale transformation programmes with specialisms in change management, operating model and organisation design. She is an expert user and trainer in orgvue™

Before joining Change Associates, Charlotte led the Commercial and Sales function for Zipcar in the UK.

Anne Broome

Anne is an organisational transformation consultant with experience in several industries. Her expertise includes target operating model and organisation design, as well as process improvement, and project design and management.

Anne is a proficient user of orgvue™ as a tool to support organisational design.

She has a degree in Business Studies from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) and is an MSP Practitioner.

Head of Business Development

Ruth Kaye

Ruth has worked in Sales, Business Development and Account Management throughout her career in leisure, vehicle leasing and rentals, consulting and events. 

At Hertz she landed one of the organisation’s largest global contracts and helped to implement it, while at Penna she consistently grew her portfolio year on year. During her two years at Wembley Stadium, she attracted numerous corporate events to fill spare capacity between major sporting events and concerts. 

Ruth enjoys cultivating client relationships for Change Associates.
An active networker, she organises and attends numerous business networking events, and keeps in contact with clients daily.  

She is an Ambassador for Mary’s Meals which provides food to children in developing and war-torn countries.

Finance and Office Manager

Sasha Randall

Sasha’s broad range of responsibilities include financial management and reporting, sales and CRM administration, supplier management, and operations. She also coordinates client projects in assessment and leadership development, building on her experience at Penna Plc.

Sasha has a degree in HR and Marketing.

Matt Taylor

Matt brings more than 30 years’ experience working in consulting, formerly in contact centre and offshoring consulting and latterly in HR and change.

He has a wealth of experience in client management and associate selection and engagement.
